What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
Where does it come from?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Order Process and Delivery Timeframe:
Each of our products is personalized and printed on demand, ensuring that every piece is tailored to your exact specifications.
Here’s how the order process works:
- When placing your order, you select the product, its dimensions, and the type of frame/stretcher/rolled up option. In the “SHARE THE TEXT YOU’D LIKE ON YOUR ARTWORK” field, specify the text you would like to appear on the artwork (or enter “No text” if you don’t want additional text). You can also include any additional details here, such as preferred font style, etc.
- After placing your order, you will receive a personalized design for approval within 48 hours (on business days).
- You have 7 days to approve the design or send us any feedback.
- If you send feedback, we will make the necessary adjustments and send the revised design for approval.
- If you neither approve the design nor provide feedback within 7 days, your order will be considered canceled, and we will refund your payment.
- If you approve the design, we will begin producing the physical version of your artwork. This process will take 3 to 7 business days.
- Once the physical product is ready, we will ship it immediately. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in Europe, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days with the Standard shipping method and from 2 to 3 business days with the Express shipping method. In rare cases, delivery may take up to a maximum of 14 business days (for Malta and Cyprus maximum of 30 business days, typically 5-14 business days).
Rest assured, we are committed to keeping the delivery time as short as possible.
The delivery times provided are for reference only and are not guaranteed, as all our artworks are prepared specifically to meet individual customer orders.
While these times are typically shorter than stated, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances such as:
- Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas,
- Adverse weather conditions,
- Periods of high demand, such as holidays or sales seasons,
- Disruptions in supply chains, including strikes or transportation breakdowns,
- Unforeseen events, such as epidemics, natural disasters, or border closures,
- Other circumstances beyond our control.
We make every effort to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Detailed information about estimated delivery times can be found above. However, please note that we do not accept complaints regarding delivery times.
The artwork preparation times indicated are approximate and selected to ensure they can be met. Typically, the preparation stage is faster, although occasional delays may occur.
If you are dissatisfied with the preparation time and the project has not yet been approved, we will gladly accept your complaint and refund your payment.
You may cancel your order at any time BEFORE the project is approved. In such cases, we will refund your payment in full.
Important: Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during the order process.
Delivery Costs:
The shipping cost depends on whether the artwork is framed, stretched on a stretcher, or unframed and rolled. Our goal is to offer the lowest possible delivery price, but due to geographical location, Malta and Cyprus have a different pricing structure compared to the rest of Europe.

Exchanges and returns
Before any product is printed, the personalized design is sent to the customer for approval. At this stage, you can make any changes — such as modifying the text, font, or text placement — or even remove the text entirely. You also have the option to cancel your order at any time before approving the design. In such cases, we will promptly refund any payment made.
However, once the design is approved and sent to print, the product is considered personalized and cannot be returned or canceled. Since all of our products are customized to each customer’s specifications — including custom text or the choice of framing — they are not eligible for returns after this stage.
We recognize that issues may still arise during the delivery process.
Damaged Shipments:
Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged, please request that the courier fill out a damage report (damage protocol). Additionally, take detailed photographs of both the damaged packaging and the product, ensuring to capture:
- The overall condition of the packaging and product to show the extent of the damage.
- Close-up photos of specific damages to both the packaging and the product.
Please fill out the provided claim form and send it along with the damage report and photos to our customer support team.
Our shipments are insured, and in the event of damage during transit, you have the following options:
- You can receive a refund for the damaged item.
- Alternatively, you may opt to receive a replacement for the same product.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

- Inner Wooden Frame (Does not apply to rolled canvas) Made from locally grown pine trees.
- Frames (Does not apply to rolled canvas and stretched canvas): Black, White, Pure Gold, Wood, Dark Wood – Pine wood frames, with a composite finish.
Pink, Silver, Classic Gold – these are also composite frames, designed with a decorative metallic finish to achieve the gold and silver appearance.
- Hangers (Does not apply to rolled canvas): All framed and stretched canvases come with pre-installed metal hangers at the back. These are metal sawtooth hangers, suitable for standard wall mounting. They are designed to securely support the weight of the canvas, even for larger sizes.
- Canvas: 300 g/m², 99% cotton, 1% polyester
- Dimensions: For Rolled Canvas and Stretched Canvas the dimensions are equal to the dimensions selected when placing the order (+/- 1cm), for Framed Canvas the dimensions are larger by the width of the frame. For Black, Pink, White, Wood, and Dark Wood frames the external frame adds approximately 4.5x3.5 cm (width x height), meaning that, for example, a 30x40 cm canvas would have overall dimensions of about 34.5x43.5 cm (+/- 1cm). For Pure Gold, Silver, and Classic Gold frames, the external frame adds 5x4 cm, so in our example, the total size would be approximately 35x44 cm (+/- 1cm)
- Warranty: 2 years in the EU and UK as per Directive 1999/44/EC
Care Instructions:
If the canvas gathers dust, gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
Safety Instructions:
The product comes ready to hang. Ensure it is mounted on a securely placed and sturdy hanging fixture. Avoid installing framed wall art in areas accessible to children. If a defect is found in the hanger or frame, do not hang the artwork. Contact us directly for assistance.
