We do our Artwork prints on high-quality matte cotton canvas (99% cotton and 1% polyester) to faithfully replicate the look of natural painterly canvas. This material is of high quality and heavy at 300g/m2 for durability and a luxurious feel. The meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail ensure that each print captures the essence and depth of the artwork.

We ship our Canvas art ensuring that they reach you in perfect conditions. If ordered rolled, they are rolled up very carefully and placed inside protective tubes – engineered to withstand any form of damage when traveling. It makes the artwork safe from external pressures and contaminants thereby keeping the integrity maintained.

When we ship framed or stretched canvases we simply wrap them in bubble wrap and place them into heavy durable cardboard boxes. This keeps it very much protected on the journey to you.

Sure, we have a range of frames for our Canvas artworks. While ordering, you may select from several frame styles such as black, white, wood, dark wood, pure gold color, classic gold color, and silver color, as well as stretched canvas and rolled canvas options. Stretched and framed canvases are ready to hang.

Please take note that shipping framed paintings will always have higher costs, though they are carefully packed to ensure that the frame and artwork are intact and protected.

Yes, we do. By default, our store offers several framing options: rolled up, stretcher, and framed (including black, white, wood, dark wood, pure gold color, classical gold color, and silver color).

Although several framing options are available, we understand that you may want the artwork framed in a different style. Therefore, we have introduced an additional custom framing service through our trusted external partner.

If our standard frames do not meet your expectations and you would like the artwork to be individually framed, please contact us. Keep in mind that this service will significantly increase the costs of both the framed artwork and shipping. The preparation and delivery time will also be extended. Each frame is carefully tailored to the chosen artwork to ensure it complements its colors, style, and size.

Once you submit your request, we will provide you with a quote and estimated timeframes. If you accept, we will proceed with frame selection (at this stage, cancellation of the order will no longer be possible). You will receive up to five frame suggestions to choose from. Once you select your preferred option, the artwork will be handed over to our partner and then shipped to you.

Yes, you can! We offer a complimentary virtual preview service that lets you visualize how the print will look on your wall. Just contact us via email (contact@buenarti.com), and we’ll help you see how the artwork fits into your space, ensuring it matches your style and decor before you make the purchase.

You can search for Canvas prints by using the search bar at the top of our webpage. You can search by art style, color theme, or keywords related to the artwork and many other attributes. Additionally, you can browse our collections through the categories listed on our site.

We use premium quality canvases for our giclee prints. Our selection includes high-grade cotton canvas (300g/m2, 99% cotton, 1% polyester), ensuring durability and a museum-quality finish.

 

To place an order, start by selecting the artwork you like and open its page. Choose the print size, frame, and the text you would like to appear on the artwork, specifying details such as font family and color. If you prefer the artwork without any additional text, simply enter ‘No text’ in the ‘SHARE THE TEXT YOU’D LIKE ON YOUR ARTWORK’ field. Once you have made your selections, add the artwork to your cart and proceed to checkout. There, you’ll be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

 

Yes, we ship to all countries in the EU, except for Latvia. We are currently working on launching our sales in Latvia; however, we do not ship our product there at this time. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

To ensure the longevity of your Canvas print, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. We recommend framing your print under UV-protective glass and hanging it in a stable environment.

Yes, we offer custom sizes and finishes upon request. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Of course! We’ll be happy to prepare a canvas print for you and, if you wish, frame the finished piece. To ensure everything goes quickly and smoothly, please provide:

1. File in appropriate resolution

  • Minimal 300 DPI, optimally 600 DPI or higher
  • Preferred formats: PNG, TIFF, or high-quality JPEG

2. Choice of edge finish

  • No print – smooth white border
  • Solid color – please provide a HEX code (e.g. #FFFFFF)
  • Mirrored edge – the image is “reflected” at the borders
  • Wrap-around – the image is enlarged and printed on the sides as well

3. Authorization for printing
We require a one-time consent to use your graphic/photo solely to produce and ship the print. We do not retain files for resale, but we keep them with your contact details in case of third-party claims.

4. Usage rights
Please ensure you are the author of the graphic/photo or hold the appropriate license. You alone are responsible for any claims arising from rights infringements.

5. Compliance with laws and social norms
The material must not contain content that violates laws, social norms, trademarks, or includes racist, offensive, or pornographic elements. You bear full responsibility for compliance. We reserve the right to refuse any order without stating a reason. If payment has already been made, we will refund you in full.

6. Returns and complaints
Since the product is considered personalized, the same returns and complaints policy applies as for all other personalized products.

In our store, every product is personalized to meet your requirements and preferences. From the moment you select an artwork, you have the freedom to customize its appearance. You can choose the type of frame that best matches your decor and decide on the text to appear on the artwork. You can also freely adjust the style, color, size, and placement of the font—or opt to remove the text altogether upon request.

Before the artwork is sent to print, you will receive a design draft for approval. We encourage you to ensure that the design is exactly as you envision it. You have the flexibility to make any changes or even cancel your order at any point before approving the draft. We understand that achieving the perfect design may require several revisions, so you can modify it as much as needed until you are fully satisfied.

If you have not yet approved the design, you can cancel your order at any time. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded within seven business days.

Please note that once the final design is approved, the order moves into production and is prepared according to your customizations. Due to the personalized nature of each order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after the design has been approved and/or production has started. This policy ensures we maintain the highest quality standards and customization for our clients.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please inspect the package and document any damage in the presence of the courier.
